President Dündar, who did not leave the teachers alone on this meaningful day, visited Fertur Imam Hatip Secondary School and met with the teachers. Welcomed by the school administrators and teachers, Mayor Dündar celebrated the teachers' day he met in the teachers' room and presented his gifts in memory of the day. Saying "Happy 24 November Teachers' Day to all our teachers who are the architects of our future and shape the future of our country with their professions", Dündar emphasized that the value of teachers should be known not just one day, but every day.

Technology and Design Teacher Selma Vatan, who stated that she had the most special Teacher's Day of her life, said, "As I am completing my 21st year as a teacher, I am very happy to celebrate Teachers' Day as a colleague working at the same school as my former student, Gonca Gül. . As a teacher, I think I got the greatest gift today. I would also like to thank our Mayor of Osmangazi, Mustafa Dündar, for not leaving us alone on this special day.” Gonca Gül, who has been a Guidance Teacher for 7 years, said, “I am very happy to be working as a colleague at the same school with my teacher Selma Vatan, whom I loved very much in my student life. Stressing that he had the best Teacher's Day in his professional life, Fatih Yaşar, a teacher of Religious Culture and Ethics for 16 years, said, “During my student years, I was wondering if I could become a teacher one day and work in the same school with my teachers. I could not achieve this, but I was proud to be a colleague at the same school as a former student. A former student of Fatih teacher, Religious Culture and Ethics Teacher Gülsüm Efe, who is only in her first year in the teaching profession, said, “I am now working as a teacher at the school where I was a student once and I am happy to be a colleague with my former teacher Fatih Hoca. I am very happy to celebrate my first Teachers' Day together with our President Mustafa Dündar.”
Advice to Students from Dundar
Congratulating the teachers who were once student teachers and now colleagues, President Dündar stated that this beautiful coincidence and success should set an example for other students. After meeting with the teachers, Mayor Dündar toured the classrooms at the school and met with the students.
